i’m so fucking sick with covid and i can’t be near my girlfriend or loved ones or even my pets and my entire heart is breaking

my symptoms having covid right now include:
-shortness of breath and pain when breathing
-coughing, dry & productive both
-fever, which thankfully broke but i’m on a fuck ton of meds rn
-congestion/sneezing
-pain & soreness & stiffness & tightness from my joints to my muscles to my skin itself
