This is the Steampunk Treehouse at Dogfish Head's brewery in Milton. It was built at Burning Man in 2007 and Dogfish Head bought it for a dollar (plus shipping)

Yeah he's got a chair that had legs that walks around when he's sitting on it and he's all "confound you! I said my study not the foyer!"
