It took decades of nonstop propaganda for things to get as bad as they are. The path back won't be any shorter.

I'm a bit more optimistic. I truly do feel that a massive amount of the current nationalist movement's momentum is centered around the gravity of one very small man. when he passes, I think it takes 50-75% of the movement's energy with him. my friends and I call this "the Biological Solution".
