The cool thing about Black Wolf, the Uber with armed drivers, is that Georgia regulators have told them to stop but they apparently just continue to operate anyway.

Where I'm at in California, the unarmed guard test is trivial, but to be armed, there's a more extensive test. Amazing that someone would fail that many times regardless.
