made this with farro in place of the rice tonight
couldn’t get my gf to try it with yogurt, but she said the mole farrotto was “really good”

a current point of contention in my household:
last night for dinner I cooked up some leftover rice in mole, and topped it with (extra fat) plain yogurt
my girlfriend was, and remains, appalled at this mistreatment of rice
I think it was fuckin bomb
