I finally restocked on lard last week and it is so good to have available again
perfect for making quesadillas btw very excited to make noodles with lard & oyster sauce again too (I have also restocked my freezer with fresh noodles) Where do you get decent lard? a specialty shop in Berkeley (Local Butcher)
