I have this joke that I was a Twitter addict, but thankfully Elon got me sober, just like an alcoholic is cured when Nazis invade all the bars. I’m beginning to believe that for me, at least, Bluesky is just a nicer bar.
I post praise of two different journalists. I am told, no, no, they are Bad! I am dunked on! Why are they Bad, I ask? More dunking for my temerity. Worse than that, I keep wanting to dunk back.
I can block all the sh*tposters I like but the real problem is what it doing to me.
I was planning on an annual unplugging next week, a social media vacation I always enjoy, yet I strangely never apply that lesson to the rest of the year. I think I’ll start it early, a dry July. Take care, everybody. And go outside.
