What's interesting, from an analysis p.o.v., is that this now makes both the states & federal government legally responsible for housing everyone who needs housing. I cannot wait for the class-action lawsuits to fly, state & federal.
did think about that potentially from a public welfare/health angle. we’ve been concerned here bc nyc’s right to shelter was shredded
bu freaks like growSF and CA Yimby will propose to build more mini internment camps and force them into “treatment” for the conditions that made them homeless.
