I was awake at 3 am because the guy who owns the adjoining unit (we’re half of a duplex, the other half is a vacation home which is vacant most of the time) was here and watching a movie or something at ridiculous volume. Plus it was like 80 degrees inside the house. Made sleeping difficult.
