Prop 2 school bond is a $10 billion bond for school facilities, provided as matching funds to school districts. $1.5 billion of the $10B total is set aside for Community Colleges. It's supported by the Building Trades, 100+ school/college districts, though some districts oppose

Might be a "just in case" in the event that the CA court decision gets appealed to the US supreme court?
