I watched a lot of post-Brexist interviews with people on the streets and this is, without any difference (outside of Eddie Murphy's rizz), exactly what most interviewees were like.
"I voted as a joke" "I can't believe brexit won" "I don't know what happens now" "this was really stupid" etc
The thing that grinds my gears the most about Brexit is that most of the people that voted for it will not have to live with the consequences of the vote and most of the ones who saw the shit show it turned into left the country to go live somewhere else like here, Madeira, where I live.
