There is not enough coffee in the world today.
There really needs to be something in between coffee and schedule II drugs, there really is no intermediate step and law abiding people who need motivation suffer for it. 😩
It's espresso, but that leaves me a jittery mess.
I’ll be honest, I don’t think I’ve ever had espresso before but now I really want to try it.
Good espresso is a delight! Plus, you can make affogato! (Shot of espresso topped with vanilla ice cream!)
Oh... a shot? Uh... and both combined shouldn't fill a pint mug, should it?

How do you prepare your coffee? Drip? French press? Moka pot?
It depends! Most often drip. I also have a Bialetti.
Now I want to put the espresso maker on the stove but it’s too late in the day to make coffee, surely.
