Kyle Hill had a video on YT about this very thing recently, and multiple times before now that I think about it.
Counterpoint: It's inhuman to assume a person won't reach their own conclusion on everything they encounter. So telling them to supress that and trust "experts" is just a different kind of fascism. 1 1
Counterpoint, ill informed opinions presented as having equal validity to expert opinions contribute massively to the dumbing down of society. 1 1
