The fucking power in a simple earnest inquisitive "I don't know?"
If you need to impress, I love "I'm not informed enough to have an opinion on that."
Kyle Hill had a video on YT about this very thing recently, and multiple times before now that I think about it.
Counterpoint: It's inhuman to assume a person won't reach their own conclusion on everything they encounter. So telling them to supress that and trust "experts" is just a different kind of fascism.
Counterpoint, ill informed opinions presented as having equal validity to expert opinions contribute massively to the dumbing down of society.
That is a valid point. Your initial post mentions having rather than voicing.
