the web is already distributed. it could stand to be better, sure. but these people don't want any kind of distribution, they specifically want *markets*. and every time people try to shove markets into other things, it makes them worse.
I think I understand your perspective but I am going to trust the inventor of the web when he says there is a need for a greater decentralized web. He's even attended the predecessor to Dweb camp.
