Mississippi is equivalent to a 3rd world country. That needs to change

It's not though. It's still a US state and has massive resources, more than nearly any country in the world. They just choose to use that power to punish black people rather than building a better life for everyone.

I think it's very hard to compare, because if someone is having a hard time in Mississippi, and is lucky enough to be able to leave, they just leave The stats we have are on the people who stay (either because they're rich, or so poor they can't leave)
