Jail for people who let their dogs off leash in a leashed area of the park straight to jail A little girl got attacked in a park here recently when there was a dog park like 100 feet away. It makes me so mad! It makes it worse for everyone. A dog rushed Rosalie today and the lady called from 15 ft away ‘is it ok?’ no! No it is not! Augh Not at all! Such bullshit!
