People have had it up to here with monkey's table manners! (Other people in the comments were pointing out its chattering was a sign of submission they give to elder monkeys.)
I guess I should clarify the monkey's owner was a SE Asian guy. People kept commenting "monkeys aren't pets, they should live in the wild" but if the wild is just a city where they live off garbage like city squirrels who cares.
