I just filed a formal complaint with The Office of Civil Rights against my former doc. This ought to get fairly interesting, living in a small town, with a former provider who LOVES to gossip.
I mailed a request for medical records the week of August 14, called and emailed the office on 9/13, with no response On 9/27 I dropped off another request, with a stamped return envelope with a thumb drive included. The law states 30 days and I have waited while. Is it time to call a lawyer?
