well that's not an auspicious start
and now, the Horror Watch (Supreme Court opinions) begins

Gorsuch literally wrote, in almost those exact same words, "In its majestic equality, the law forbids rich and poor alike to sleep under bridges, beg in the streets and steal loaves of bread."

Where did he write that? I see it in the dissent, but not the opinion.

I did say *almost* the exact words! p3: "Grants Pass’s public-camping ordinances do not criminalize status. The public-camping laws prohibit actions undertaken by any person, regardless of status....

It makes no difference whether the charged defendant is currently a person experiencing homelessness, a backpacker on vacation, or a student who abandons his dorm room to camp out in protest on the lawn of a municipal building."

Yeah, I was searching for words like rich, poor, loaves, bridges, etc. and only getting hits on the dissent.

I especially liked the dig at student protestors, a completely unrelated issue that has zero relevance to anything but Gorsuch is very very mad about

Yeah, nobody was being arrested for student protests using vagrancy laws.
