The post you linked doesn’t even claim this mass grave wasn’t made by the Israeli army. Further, even taking its claim at face value, the bodies there were still people murdered by Israel.

It states that the grave was created from before. We don’t know if the army didn’t made it grow truly. What I do not believe is the information that Hamas provides to the world.

And why would there have been a mass grave before at the hospital?

Honestly? I don’t know. Is my understanding Hamas is a very bloody tyranny that doesn’t get along with any type of opposition and tends to kill anyone in disagreement. So maybe that has something to do with it. Is not news that they put their own population at risk constantly to create martyrs.

Or maybe it has something to do with Israel indiscriminately bombing dense civilian areas in Gaza for over 200 days and carrying out well-documented mass executions
