Box turtles are especially delightful 🐢 They are really resilient and improve their habitat for the better if just left alone and can stay off of dangerous highways and streets. 🐢 Man I wish *I* could look forward to still being able to lay eggs when I am 79. Lay eggs once a year, spend rest of the year sunning on logs or submerged in mud, snacking as needed.
