A fair amount of newspapers and broadcast journos have utterly lost the plot RE: UK, France, and Biden. They can’t grasp the rise of far right populism/fascism not quite happening so straightforwardly, or actually being effectively fought back against. Modi/India has vanished off the radar too…
It’s worse than that, many including on the BBC (disclosure: I used to work in BBC News) almost seem disappointed. The former iron curtain between fact and opinion is holed.
Are these the same journos and papers that still act like Trump, a man who lost an election to Joe Biden and has now been convicted of crimes, is somehow unstoppable?
