I feel like the latter part of the quote expands it beyond that context: "Now, if I don't get elected, it's going to be a blood bath for the whole — that's going to be the least of it. It's going to be a blood bath for the country."

Trump was speaking about cars + started to say it'll be a bloodbath for the whole-- [auto industry?] but then interrupted himself and made clear that the whole country's in for a bloodbath if he loses key word "that'll" the natural meaning of "that'll" is car industry which is "the least of it"

so, Trump's meaning is plenty clear if he's not president next January, the car industry is going down but that's the "least of it" i.e. a minor issue the whole country is going to suffer a bloodbath if Trump loses
