It is interesting how the centre 'ripens', and goes from tiny tiled hexagons, to a fluffy mass. Plant People! Please feel free to give any insight/vocabulary expansions. Happy to learn!🌱

🌼Progression pics!☀️ There are still about 40% of the flowers left to open, but it is already a sight! Bees are already keen to investigate.🐝

I'm not an expert but among other functions I imagine this is to better massage and tickle pollinating insects👀😄

welp... flowers are made mostly for the pollinators, and they are tiny... so ... flowers try to make everything as nice and possible for them... no one made research if bees like gentle ticking or massaging by parts of flowers!
