Yesterday, the EPA finalized rules to reduce CH4 pollution from the oil and gas industry, and finalized updated estimates of the social cost of GHGs. The new value has a central estimate of $190 per ton CO2 in 2020, up from $50 using older models www.epa.gov/system/files...
