Haven't heard this song or anything else by Chappell Roan but the premise here is bizarre. Pop music lyrics have never meant anything, let alone been "relatable." Did ppl relate to being falsely accused of paternity or an urban cowboy? breaking up a knife fight? What's "universal" about Gold Digger?

Taylor swift has a billion dollar empire built on relatable songs, they are absolutely written to be related to sometimes to a fault (ie being vague enough that they apply to as many peoples lives as possible for maximum marketability) lol
