Today marks one month since my spinal fusion surgery. Recovery from this is no joke, slow going, but I am making good progress and am grateful for my support team.

Two weeks after my spinal fusion surgery, I was able to walk my you her son the school today. This is something I have not been able to do for six months due to my back It’s very clear that I made the right decision. Still have a couple of weeks of recovery before returning to work.

I’m trying a new toothpaste. I take the “gluten free” label on the side as a sign of the times. Do any toothpastes contain gluten?
