He took an oath to defend and uphold the constitution; nothing more 'official' than stopping someone who attempted a coup from trying again.... and at this point that oath might require *officially* doing something about the court, which is hell bent on gutting the constitution right now.
The Biden administration probably don’t have the capacity to wreak havoc on the country and go against the obvious decency with which they were raised , yet Trump and his tribe will have no compunction to do evil.. they’ve pretty much proven that they’ll take pleasure in it.
