Have any of my animation friends gotten an email about some 2024 Concept Art Awards? And request to enter? Is this legit?

I suppose it doesn't particularly matter, since it's asking about entering for Justice League X RWBY, and I didn't do concept art for that, just storyboards. I'd LOVE to one day be good enough to win a storyboard award though.
