I'm new here so just sharing what happened yesterday. I played (French horn no 4) in an amateur symphony orchestra concert last night for the first time in 18 months due to a break to have treatment for breast cancer (chemo, surgery, radiotherapy, the works). 1/2
And of course it wasn't Brahms or Dvořàk or some nice ordinary shizzle, it was Stravinsky's effing Petrouchka. And I am knackered and emotional but very proud of myself. 2/2
