It’s been clarifying to see people express resentment for anyone not in lock step discipline in pushing a party line rather than express any honest criticism or doubt as an obligation to be seen as responsible citizens.
It’s wild, because there’s a ton of literature and thinking produced to indict communism for punishing individual thought but if we’re going to ignore that why should I do so for a liberalism of triangulation?
