👉Just wondering about the calls for illustration - do you mostly want styles that look realistic, highly rendered and polished (e.g like Magic the Gathering art)?

Honestly, as someone who is a nobody writer, I can't be picky with who I grab to draw my comics. I do try to find someone who either understands what I'm trying to draw or, more importantly, has a style that fits.
The real separation? Can they get it done? Because I get ghosted, and that *sucks*.
