Not entirely true.
POTUS treats the seditious 6 court majority as having committed treason for willfully violating the constitution (which they have because they do not have the power to amend the Constitution as they just attempted).
The only Q then is whether...
the military abides that POTUS action as CiC and in accordance with his oath of office.
GOP and the seditious 6 want to play stupid games they can win stupid prizes.
Not saying Biden would or should do this, but he absolutely *could*.
