Nine years as a second vote for Scalia, and the last 24 years as a highly but quietly remunerated second vote for Scalia OR Alito. How does one celebrate graft disguised as loans (the loans never have to be paid back, but they are loans, not gifts you know)? Is there a bribery cake? Graft flowers?
