Is this the solution or the intended goal? Without their day in court, I suspect the rule breakers will get deferential treatment, not the regulators. At least as long as the current SCOTUS majority remains the same.

Across the US, there will be judges who rule against the Republicans position. And it will take the Supreme Court a long time to reverse.
