One or both might have a health event but say Biden has a stroke & they try to replace him with someone I’m sure the red states election runners will say “whoops no time to update the ballot just following the rules son bad luck and all”
It was in reference to unhealthy diet, obvious BMI extremes, and unhinged ability to manage a train of thought.
