A gorgeous Independence day to smoke some food! This is 8 1/2 hours super smoke. Wrapped and back in until 201 int temp. Its resting now for 2+ hrs. Time to smoke some mac n cheese! Compliments to @FireHatchRubs.bsky.social and @ZGrills_ and all the #bbqmunity for teaching this old dog!😃👍
Got the trimming done and seasoning with @FireHatchRubs.bsky.social light coat of Brisket bark topped with Korean BBQ rub. Going in super smoke tonight at 8. Im so looking forward to those flavors #bbqmunity
