I’ve been thinking a lot about this lately as I start to play around with the idea of a four day work week for myself. I want to be able to devote one day of the week on passion projects.

The attitude should be, "Well, unfortunately we have to stay profitable." It's an annoyance. An inconvenient fact of life. If your attitude is, "I'm so psyched to turn some profits!" you are probably not high on my collab list.

It’s late so I’m going to tryyy to say this succinctly. I see people complaining that this is just “vote Dem because Trump” and that Dems are offering nothing. But like, having the Dem party FINALLY acknowledge that the R’s are fucking insane? Thats HUGE.
