Ate supper with my favourite Vietnamese friends at our favourite Vietnamese restaurant Ho Guom on Jean-Talon in St-Leonard, & had the speciality Bo La Lot, which I had the d-i-y "roll it yourself" in rice paper version. Delicious, or Ngon if you prefer.

Gazette readers have an impractical & anti-cycling solution to the 1 in 25 cyclists who bother them. Now if they only cared enough about the lives of pedestrians and cyclists to drive safely and legally at all times, that would be a good thing and would actually make Montreal a lot safer.

6pm on Rockburn Side Road and the day's temperature/solar heating starts to diminish and riding gets a lot more pleasant and 3 more wonderful hours before sunset arrives and then 30 minutes later the ride finishes back in St-Bernard-de-Lacolle. #Perfection

Quebec countryside is oven-baked these days. Full moon in a couple of days if you want to do a summertime moonlight ride when it is cooler. You don't need bike lights to see with a bright moon, your eyes adapt to moonlight. Of course, it's ok to turn on the lights if a car approaches! #NightRide
