Yes, but there will be an entire field of scholarship dedicated to understanding these differences. Imagine the conferences!! Imagine the reenactment clubs!
Well, hopefully there will be scholars who can explain the difference. It's literal interpretation of the Bible, as opposed to scholarly interpretation that is problematic. Read for devotion--ok. Read for pleasure or general interest--ok. Just don't pretend you know what it means in context.
