I wonder how many of the 64k rapists have been prosecuted or faced any consequences? Their victims are certainly dealing with heavy lifelong and life altering consequences

Rape is violent and some victims experience physical beatings and mutilation. They all have emotional trauma. The justice system doesn't support victims facing months of legal garbage. If the rape happened in private, if it's a child or mentally disabled, it may not be tried without a witness.
