I finally watched Godzilla Minus One tonight. It's a smaller and more intimate story than the recent 'monsterverse' epics. The post-war Japan setting takes Godzilla back to its roots, with a heartfelt exploration of survivor's guilt and the value of living. Refreshing.
My GP made me do the mental-health questionnaire after being weaned off my antidepressants. My results were:
Anxiety - Severe
Stress - Very Severe
Depression - Very Severe.
Long story short: I'm back on antidepressants 🤡
