I just noticed that the UK election was on Independence Day and the US election is on Guy Fawkes Day. Yep. So who gets to blow up the white house? Canada, you had dibs? Wouldn't it need to be Congress? And failing to do so? Congress fails to blow up the White House? Yeah, I can see that happening.
Fiiiine, blow up Congress. And French election was on July 4th. Yeah, I felt sort of clueless when someone pointed this all out to us. A penny for the old guys, indeed.
