Even so, Ds are obligated to be prepared. It would be helpful if all -- Harris, Whitmer, Newsom, even Biden himself -- would make this joint statement ASAP:
1. We are 100% for Joe.
2. As Dems, we also value being prepared.
3. If Joe is unable to proceed -- his call! -- we are 100% for Harris.
