It’s a written out plan the Heritage Foundation came up with, which includes getting rid of Social Security/Medicaid, slashing the NOAA, ending no-fault divorce, banning contraceptives, and a whole bunch of other terrible stuff. This is all off the top of my head; you’ll have to look it up.
