It's difficult taking photos of my plushies, without getting absolutely inundated by the cats, the moment I set up camp... 🪡🧵🧶📸🐈🐈‍⬛

Getting color accurate pictures of Rose the Hereford is challenging to say the least. My phone refuses to pick up the right color. China rose #A8516E seems to be a pretty close match if you want to see what the actual color should look like. 🐄📸🪡🧵🧶

I feel like I've spent all day photographing these two baby calves. It's so hard getting accurate colors, especially with the mauve Hereford one. Atleast the pale green color of Sage the baby Holstein is fairly easy to get right. 🐄📸🪡🧵🧶

Gotta love the flat cow stage! The only thing left to do is to feed them with lots of stuffing. 🥰🪡🧵🧶

I had a lot of fun making this outfit, eventhough adding the inner lining did take some of the fun of it. The outfit is much more durable with it though, so I'm glad that I did. Rosebud the lamb looks so adorable wearing her cow-patterned onesie! 🪡🧵🧶

The inner lining turned out to be a complete outfit on its own. I had a hard time figuring out how to combine it with the rest of the outfit and sew it from the inside out. Eventually I succeeded in my endeavor, but I probably made it a lot harder than it needed to be. 😅🪡🧵🧶

I've finally found a good use for the crappiest fur in my entire stash! 🪡🧵🧶🪅

I'm really happy with how well the colors of the feet match with the fur colors. Speaking of colors. I'm thinking of adding a few new colors to my stock for more colorful calves. I don't have much space for new fabrics, so what colors would you most like to see? 🪡🧵🎨🐮

I've spent the past two days working on the parts that go into the feet of the calf plushies. There are oh so many toes and tiny dew claws... 🪡🧶🧵👣🐮

Assembling the markings for the Hereford was so much quicker. 5 vs 11 hours! I've attached the legs andxsewn some of the other pieces. The feet are up next! 🪡🧵🧶🐮

Phew! Another 11 hours to assemble the green markings. On to the dark mauve colored Hereford one! 😵🪡🧵🧶🐮

I've started assembling the main pieces for the sage green version of Misty Moo. The fur is a little too long to really show how jagged and wiggly all the lines of the markings are. 🥰🪡🧵🧶🐄

After 11 tedious hours of clipping and snipping, all the pieces have finally been cut out and all the excess fur has been trimmed from the seam allowances. Now to the fun part! 🥳🪡🧵🧶🐮🐮

It's been raining on and off all day today. Even better yet; he weather forcast promises a rainy week, so let's use it and start on a 106 pcs. plush puzzle! 🪡🧵🧶🐮🧩🐮

UMO (Unidentified Mooing Object) was commissioned along with a surprise collar. I didn't think that any of my regular collars would fit with the vibrant colors of this sweetheart. Luckily some of the ribbons that my late sister left me proved to be perfect for this little guy's color theme. 🥲🪡🧵🧶🐮👽

Working on a commissioned calf with markings that are truly packing a punch! %D I doubt that I'll do a lot of weirdly colored plushies like this one. Most of my fur stock is geared towards browns and greys, but I do have some odd colorful pieces here and there. 🪡🧵🎨🧶

It's so hard to get the pictures of the strawberry calf to show the actual shade of pink. My camera loves to oversaturate it and turn it into an eye-burning shade of shock pink! Hmm, now to name this little darling and find hef a loving home... 🥰🪡🧵🧶

The remake of baby Cowsy is such a sweet little nugget! I got so many pictures of her and had a hard time picking out the best photos of her. Now to do the same with her Strawberry sister... 🪡🧵🧶🐄

I've been busy working on the calves' heads over the past couple of days. It's easier to work on the pink calf (and photograph it) compared to the black one, so it jumped ahead. I've almost caught up with the black one and am hoping for more pictures later today. 🪡🧵🧶🐄

Got both snoots done and am now working on the assembly of the heads. 🪡🧵🧶🐄

The calves are coming along well. I was planning on doing both muzzles today, but after finishing the first one, I felt like working on something that wasn't as tiny and fiddly. 🪡🧵🧶🐄
