I kinda wanna talk about my comic characters and kind the inspiration that came of em.
Liane has changed a bit since my original concept back 5 years ago.
Originally she only would had been romantically interested in her old war partner and after the war she would but now I've fully decided to make her bi.
Now I've also been thinking about playing with her gender expression post first arc, due to elements in the story.

Also in the past her family, while heavily involved in her backstory about joining the army was just to be that, nowdays I think they would make perfect secondary antagonist for the second story arc of the comic.
I basically have the first story arc fully planned, should be around 200 pages give or take.
The first story arc will be mainly mystery and secret world centric, think a bit of Buffy with some pulp detective elements.
All which would conclude in a bit of a time skip at the end of it.
The second and so far final story arc I'm planning to be around 200 pages too but in this case it will be a bit larger in scope a war story, but focused on a supernatural element, think Wolfenstein, and I mean it when I say that.
I got inspiration for WWI for the war she is a veteran off and the second story arc begins with the start of a second great war of the Mittlan powers.
A bit of a simplified version of western Europe but with stuff like Xia which I probably don't have to explain the inspiration from.

There is some stuff I have to work for the races in those countries tho... originally due to how kinda missinformed I was on a lot of things I did had a lot of lore elements that probably would be problematic.
