Ive been saying this for decades now! Up! We need to build upwards!

i cheer when i see new apartments being built! now if only the artificially raised rent prices would go down

I think it's because we as a country have to ship those materials over needed to build that high, which is costly. To save on money building companies typically don't go beyond 20 floors, even that high is rare

20 floors would be incredible thats so much better than the suburbs i see being built out here

Uck yeah. My complain everytime I see new housing.
