Unfortunately I know what he means - we had a deep mixing bowl that was sort of designated as the bowl to keep by the couch if you were sick and couldn't make it to the bathroom

What if my family…never barfed? Like a handful of times each during stomach flus over decades. Is that that weird? I’ve only upchucked a handful of times in my life (I’m never had much to drink, even younger).

I actually puke more as an adult then I did as a kid, thanks anxiety! But I'm good about making it to the toilet bowl.

I have zero shame about it. It is what it is and adding more emotional weight to anxiety doesn't help.
