I’m seeing a lot of talk about how there was a West Bank land auction happening at the synagogue, and maybe that’s true, but the actual website seems pretty Netanya-focused and Netanya is not West Bank. homeinisrael.com/en/properties/

There's a company called "Home In Israel" and "My Israel Home" and also "My Home In Israel", the latter two of which have settlement units I believe.

CNN claims My Israel Home was at it which is also distinct from My Home In Israel (this from Curbed) so it is not really clear lol. I think either way a Palestinian American should sign up for one of these events and see how quickly they are told they can't attend.
